50 Things to do in self-isolation
Some may
look to the current situation as a miserable time and others see it as an
opportunity to do and try different things. And to be honest I guess most of us
go through these two phases alternatively and this is okay. So here are a couple
of things I do to fill my time.
- Watch sunset and sunrise
- Stare at the sky and the moon in the night
- Go for a walk or run
- Try running in place if you can’t get outside

- Write a list of all the things you want to do after quarantine is over, to give you something to look up for
- Make a list of all-time favourite songs, it feels good to listen to old favourite songs
- Do a movie night with your family
- Detox from social media for a while, it will give you peace
- Reflect in yourself, mindset, emotions, and feelings to have self-awareness
These are
most of the things I do and others were recommended. Try to find anything new
or preferred to do. Any little thing can
help us overcome these overwhelming days. And it is okay that some days you
will feel that you are just tired and don’t want to do anything at all, but
always try to get out of that state as soon as you can mentally and physically.
Be safe and sane.
